{Haul} - March Book Haul & Catch Up

First for a little catch up! I have some great news (well for me anyway!) But unfortunately I'm not allowed to share it yet, until it has been announced - keep your eyes peeled for that. BUT what I will say is that it should be announced very soon, and I will of course update you all. Also, Game of Thrones starts back soon, and I am so excited! 10 days for those in the UK and 9 for Americans. I'm not going to put any spoilers out there but I do know some things that will be happening this season, and it is going to be the best one yet I'm sure, anyway lets move on to why you're actually here...

The books I bought this month were either bought from Amazon or Book depository.

So I have some how managed to control my spending a little this month, and I really have tried. Although I do still have a few books that are worth hauling!

Vampire Academy Series by Richelle Mead

I can already feel your disappointment astonishment in the fact I hadn't picked these books up before now...I'm sorry! I just...well I don't really have an excuse, but yeah, I have them now. I've read the first one, and have started the second, they are pretty, good. I like the twist with the elemental powers, I've never seen that in a vampire book before. Although I do have one major hang up about this book...Rose. I mean I do like her, but the way she is aware of how nice looking she is, and how 'hot her body' is does kind of annoy me, and I don't think that's a good trait. I always find myself rolling my eyes when it comes up, but I can only hope as I go on through the series, the less that will come up.

  1. 'World After' is the second book of this series, and I read it as soon as it got delivered...I just... I can't. These books are so good! You don't understand my love for it, I just love supernatural type books, and this tick every box for me. You really need to pick them up if you haven't yet, I need the rest of the series PLEASE!!
  2. Sally Green's 'Half Bad' is a new book out, and everyone has been raving about it, from what I have heard so far. I know it's about witches, and a little more than that but I would rather go into it knowing as little as possible.
  3. 'Carrier of the Mark' is another witch book, which I don;t really have many of, so I thought I would invest in this one, this has had mixed reviews but I hope I like it.
  4. Yeah, I'm like the only person who still hasn't read these books yet, at least I have the first book now thought, right...right?!

Guys, please stop judging me, I know you are. I have stayed away from all the books like this, the hunger games, divergent etc. But out of all of them, this one does interest me. So I bought it, yay me! I don't know when I will get around to these, but I do plan on reading them at some point this year... hopefully.
